At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee reported on the results of task implementation from July 1, 2025 (after the province's merger) to present, as well as the directions and key tasks in the coming time.

Since the province's merger, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to lead, direct, concretize and organize the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws on internal affairs, judicial reform and prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity; advised and directed the handling of a number of cases and lawsuits that have brought about positive results in accordance with the spirit of "strict handling, but humane, compassionate and humane".

Delegates attending the working session highly appreciated the coordination between the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee with agencies, units, and localities, closely grasping the situation in the field of internal affairs, preventing and combating corruption, waste, negativity, and judicial reform.
In addition, difficulties in the appraisal and valuation of assets were also discussed, affecting the progress of handling some cases and incidents. Most of the petitions were considered, answered clearly, thoroughly, specifically, and resolved by the competent authorities in accordance with the law, but people still did not agree and sent letters to higher levels.

Speaking at the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai requested the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to promote the achieved results, overcome difficulties and limitations according to the functions and tasks of the unit, especially the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity; advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on work after the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 according to functions and tasks; direct agencies and units to focus on reviewing cases of waste in all fields, especially in public finance, public investment, long-term investment projects, low efficiency, suspended projects, use of public assets, etc.

In addition, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai requested the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to advise and direct the handling of cases and incidents in accordance with Party regulations, State policies and laws, ensuring fairness and objectivity; strengthen guidance, urging, inspection and supervision of the implementation of legal regulations on internal affairs; advise on the effective implementation of public reception and dialogue with people, listen and properly resolve the legitimate aspirations and wishes of the people; thoroughly, reasonably and sympathetically resolve complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of the people right at the grassroots level; thoroughly handle mass, complicated and prolonged lawsuits.

In addition, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai proposed strengthening measures to build a team of truly capable internal affairs officials; diligent, frugal, honest, just, impartial; ensuring "solid - attractive - successful" (solid laws, attractive profession, winning people's hearts).
