Bien Hoa established 3 propaganda and mobilization groups to hand over land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - On May 14, the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee issued a Decision to establish 3 working groups to propagate and mobilize households to hand over land belonging to the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (IP) Renovation Project in An Binh Ward to implement the Project to Convert Bien Hoa 1 IP into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and Improve the Environment.

Accordingly, each working group is led by 2 members of the Standing Committee, a deputy head and 13 members. The task of the working groups is to directly go to households to propagate and mobilize people to hand over the land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park; at the same time, direct the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and political organizations of An Binh ward to organize propaganda and mobilize households whose land is recovered to implement the project to comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies, and agree to hand over the land. The goal set by the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee is to carry out propaganda and mobilize households to hand over the land before June 30, 2025.

On the same afternoon, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam inspected and surveyed Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to find solutions to direct and urge site clearance work in the coming days.

At the inspection, a representative of the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center said that from May 5 to 14, the People's Committee of An Binh Ward presided over and coordinated with local departments, organizations and the City Land Fund Development Center to dismantle and relocate assets for 26 cases that had received compensation but had not yet dismantled assets and handed over the site. Thereby, the total number of households that had relocated assets and dismantled works and handed over the site to date reached 88/100 cases that had received compensation. Currently, there are 12 cases in Ward 2 that are continuing to mobilize to dismantle and relocate assets.

For 255 cases that have not paid compensation, support and have not handed over the land, the City Land Fund Development Center has issued a notice and coordinated with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to work directly with 67 cases that have been arranged and received resettlement land in the field, responsible for dismantling and relocating assets within 10 days from May 13.

At the inspection, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam requested the City Land Fund Development Center to urgently complete the report, propose specific solutions as well as realistically assess the difficulties to advise the City People's Committee on matters related to site clearance at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

On that basis, the city will have a report and recommend the province to support and remove obstacles in parallel with the process of the city's working groups propagating and mobilizing people to hand over the land, as well as competent agencies carrying out professional work on compensation support when the State reclaims land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
