"Under the Glorious Flag" is a national political and artistic program, organized to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The event is directed by the Central Military Commission, chaired by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, in coordination with the localities of Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City.
The program is organized to honor the historical values, cultural beauty, noble values of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the heights and depths of Vietnamese values in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Depicting the image and achievements of Uncle Ho's soldiers - the symbol of national identity. Evoking revolutionary ideals as a guiding light and entrusting responsibility, faith and aspiration to contribute to the younger generation.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Director of the Military Radio and Television Center, Colonel Nguyen Van Hoan, said: The beauty of the Fatherland today is made from the historical traditions and thousand-year-old cultural sediments of the nation; the sacrifices of many generations of officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army who bravely fought under the national flag with undying faith.
Uncle Ho's soldiers, a typical symbol of the national value system, embody the spirit of protection, patriotism, loyalty, dedication, and selflessness for the people. Therefore, through the program, we affirm the steadfastness, resilience, courage, and acceptance of sacrifice and hardship of generations of cadres and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army through the ages, always ready to fight and sacrifice for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. Under the glorious flag, the Vietnam People's Army is always the vanguard force, the solid citadel, the sword, the fulcrum of the Party, the country and the people's firm belief.

"Under the Glorious Flag" is a political art epic, a declaration of emotions and images about patriotism, the desire for peace , and the Vietnamese spirit throughout the history of building and defending the country" - Colonel Nguyen Van Hoan said.
The program connects three points representing three regions of the country: Hanoi - Hue - Ho Chi Minh City like the beats of the same national heart, carrying the sound from peace to the flames of war, from mother's lullaby to oath on the battlefield and undying faith under the glorious flag.
