Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster Project has a scale of 74.9 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 725 billion VND, invested by the Joint Venture of Tan Dai Nam Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and Industrial Construction and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, implemented in Tan Thanh commune, Lang Son province.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, a representative of Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster Company Limited - the enterprise implementing the Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster project , said that this is not just a simple industrial cluster, but the nucleus to unleash the industrial potential of the southern region of Lang Son province.
Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster Project is oriented to be built into a multi-industry industrial park, with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, integrating green - clean - environmentally friendly standards. Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster completed and put into operation will not only attract domestic enterprises but also foreign investors, especially in the fields of processing technology, supporting industry and logistics... to invest, produce and do business. Thereby contributing to the development of key industrial sectors of the southern communes of Lang Son province in particular and of Lang Son province in general. Thereby helping to shift the economic structure of Lang Son province towards industrialization, modernization, advancement, and innovation, promoting the socio-economic development of Lang Son province in the coming years.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, stated that industrial development is one of the strategic breakthroughs that Lang Son province has identified throughout the Party Congresses. In particular, the Resolution of the 17th Lang Son Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, identified the development of socio-economic infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, urban areas, industrial zones and clusters as one of the four key economic programs until 2025.
To achieve that goal, Lang Son Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No. 45-NQ/TU dated September 1, 2021 on industrial development in Lang Son province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030. Accordingly, by 2030, Lang Son strives to basically become a province with modern industrial development; industry becomes an important economic sector, playing the role of a driving force for economic growth in the whole Lang Son province.
Up to now, Lang Son province has established 10 industrial clusters with a total area of about 450 hectares and 2 industrial parks. Particularly in Huu Lung district (old) - the southern region of the province, 1 industrial park (VSIP Lang Son) and 2 industrial clusters (Ho Son I and Hoa Son I) are being built. When the industrial park and cluster projects come into operation, they will contribute to promoting industrial development, creating jobs for workers, thereby helping to promote socio-economic development in the southern region of Lang Son province.
In order for the Hoa Son I Industrial Cluster project to be successfully implemented and completed on schedule, the Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee requested that the provincial departments, branches, and sectors, Tan Thanh commune authorities, and people in the project area continue to create favorable conditions and support the investor to implement the project on schedule; proactively coordinate to remove difficulties and obstacles during the project implementation process.
Provincial departments, branches and sectors and Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee actively support legal procedures and closely coordinate with investors to resolve arising issues within their scope and authority.
Investors need to proactively coordinate closely with agencies and units to continue completing administrative procedures, site clearance, mobilizing human resources and equipment to implement the project in accordance with regulations, on schedule, ensuring construction quality, compliance with design, technical standards and legal regulations.
