BIM Group commences construction on 3 key projects worth nearly 10,500 billion VND in Quang Ninh.

On December 19, 2025, BIM Group officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for three key projects in Quang Ninh province, with a total investment of nearly 10,500 billion VND.

In Bai Chay ward, Halong Marina urban area, BIM Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for two projects: the Polygon 3 social housing project, with a scale of over 2,500 apartments, contributing to meeting the housing needs of workers, officials and experts in the area; and the Aria Bay Towers commercial - service - apartment complex project, contributing to completing the high-quality urban, service and tourism space in the Bai Chay area.

At the same time, in Dam Ha and Quang Tan communes, Quang Ninh province, BIM Group also held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dam Ha Industrial Aquaculture and Seedling Breeding Center combined with a 100MW solar power plant project.

This is the first solar power project implemented in Quang Ninh province, demonstrating the province's orientation towards developing high-tech agriculture linked to renewable energy, in line with its green and sustainable development strategy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province, highly appreciated BIM Group's simultaneous implementation of large-scale, multi-sector projects within the framework of the groundbreaking and inauguration program to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, thereby contributing to promoting investment and creating new growth momentum for the locality.

Chairman and CEO of BIM Group, Doan Quoc Huy, affirmed that Quang Ninh is a strategic location where the Group has been continuously involved and invested for over 30 years, in line with its long-term and sustainable development orientation.
