Over the past 5 years, the program "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in the Signal Corps has been deployed synchronously and widely, increasingly going into depth and achieving practical results.

The Party Committee of the Corps and Party Committees at all levels regularly pay attention to comprehensive leadership and direction in terms of content, form, and implementation methods, which are specifically defined in the leadership resolution. Focusing on building model units, visiting and learning from experience, disseminating and replicating advanced examples, models, new, creative and effective ways of doing things, has created a comprehensive change in logistics work from agencies to units.

PTTĐ has urged agencies and units in the entire service to strive to overcome difficulties and perform well the task of ensuring logistics for training, combat readiness and unexpected missions. The service and units regularly adjust, supplement and fully complete the system of logistics documents in line with the mission situation and combat plans; direct and guide agencies and units to proactively advise and propose, ensuring good logistics for forces performing the task of ensuring combat readiness communication.

Proactively adjust and arrange forces, vehicles, barracks, and logistics materials according to the hierarchy in accordance with the organization and layout of the military communications system. Organize logistics support for mobile communications units in the direction of being refined, compact, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and convenient to use; 100% of communications vehicles are equipped with uniform and synchronized SSCD logistics material reserve containers, ready to perform tasks when ordered.

PTTĐ has made an important contribution to the successful completion of the task of ensuring regular logistics. Outstanding in the implementation of PTTĐs in specialized fields is the PTTĐ "Building a good military feeding unit, good military supplies management" which has been promoted and developed, contributing to the successful completion of the task of ensuring military supplies for the entire Corps; 100% of units have achieved good and excellent results in implementing PTTĐs. The entire Corps is self-sufficient in 96.3% of its green vegetable needs, 72.3% of its meat quantity needs, 41.1% of its fish quantity needs; the average profit over 5 years is more than 1.4 million VND/person/year.

The program "Building 5 good military medical units" has been promoted with specific goals and contents. The average number of healthy soldiers in 5 years reached 99.3% (exceeding the target by 0.8%). The program "Building and managing regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks" has promoted the internal strength of each unit with many creative ways; mobilizing the efforts of soldiers reasonably to plan, build barracks, renovate the campus...

The conference affirmed that over the past 5 years, the Logistics sector of the Signal Corps has proactively grasped the resolutions, directives, military and defense tasks, and logistics work orders of superiors; closely followed the practical situation of agencies and units; comprehensively, synchronously, focusedly and correctly implemented the contents and targets of PTTĐ; successfully completed the functions and tasks of the Corps' logistics work.

The results of the implementation of the emulation contents and targets have been improved in both quantity and quality; advanced models have appeared more and more. The movement has developed strongly, deeply, and steadily, contributing to the successful completion of regular, combat readiness, and unexpected tasks; maintaining stability and improving the lives of soldiers; affirming the important role of the movement "Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in building a comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical" military branch.
