BMS appoints new Director for Hanoi Branch

Bao Minh Securities Joint Stock Company (BMS) recently held a ceremony to announce the appointment of its Hanoi Branch Director.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Dinh The Loi, the new Director of the Hanoi Branch, stated that the appointment is not only a recognition but also a great responsibility in developing the Hanoi Branch into a pioneering unit of BMS in the Northern region.

According to him, the Vietnamese stock market is facing a "historic turning point" as FTSE Russell has confirmed its roadmap to upgrade the market from frontier to secondary emerging market status starting in September 2026. Along with that, the Stock Market Development Strategy to 2030 also aims to build a stable, transparent, and sustainable market in accordance with international standards.

The Director of the Hanoi Branch and invited guests attended the opening ceremony.

In the coming period, the Hanoi Branch will focus on key areas such as improving organizational structure and personnel, expanding brokerage and investment advisory activities, promoting digital transformation, and enhancing risk management capabilities.

According to BMS's new leadership, the unit will focus on building a professional brokerage team, developing a customer-centric work culture, and expanding its base of individual and institutional clients in the northern region.

Simultaneously, the Hanoi branch will also promote the application of technology in data management, customer care, and improve its internal control system according to modern management standards.

The new Director of the Hanoi Branch is committed to managing operations in a transparent manner, complying with the law, and prioritizing the legitimate interests of customers.

The new leadership of BMS expressed confidence that, with the support of the Board of Directors, the General Management Board, and partners and customers, the Hanoi Branch will take full advantage of the opportunities presented by the market upgrade phase to achieve sustainable development and enhance the BMS brand's position in the Northern financial market.
