Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Military Command requested: The Commanders of the Commune-level Military Command continue to advise local Party committees and authorities on building a strong, widespread, politically qualified, and combat-ready militia force. Organize regular militia squads, especially in key communes in terms of national defense, security, border, and islands. Complete the Commune-level Military Command with sufficient numbers and correct structure, ensuring the capacity to lead and command local defense and military tasks. Improve the quality of training and combat readiness: Ensure training according to plan, regardless of content, on time, and with absolute safety, especially training of regular militia, mobile militia, and marine militia. Increase practice of combat readiness plans, civil defense, natural disaster prevention - search and rescue, in conjunction with the actual situation in the locality.
