Major General Nguyen Ba Luc inspected the Defense Command of Region 4 - Vinh Yen

On the afternoon of October 14, a working delegation from the Ministry of National Defense led by Major General Nguyen Ba Luc, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, inspected the results of local military and defense work after operating the two-level local government at the Defense Command of Region 4 - Vinh Yen (Phu Tho Provincial Military Command).

After inspecting all aspects of the unit's work, Major General Nguyen Ba Luc praised the Defense Command of Region 4 - Vinh Yen for strictly implementing the instructions and orders of superiors; strictly maintaining combat readiness, closely coordinating with the police force and militia, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.

Major General Nguyen Ba Luc requested that in the coming time, the unit continue to proactively grasp the situation, improve its staff capacity with local Party committees and authorities in leading and directing the implementation of military and defense tasks, associated with the process of perfecting the 2-level local government model.

Major General Nguyen Ba Luc disseminated the inspection contents.

Grasp the local situation; strictly maintain combat readiness, especially during holidays, Tet and important events of the country, locality and unit; organize practice of combat plans to protect agencies, prevent and fight fires and explosions, prevent and fight natural disasters and search and rescue.

Prepare adequate forces, materials, and means, ready to handle any situations that may arise. Review, adjust, and supplement the system of documents; develop plans, schedules, prepare materials, and training grounds to organize training for the subjects according to the plan.

Major General Nguyen Ba Luc inspected the regular construction process at the Defense Command of Region 4 - Vinh Yen.

Strictly maintain the regimes and order of building regularity and discipline management; stabilize the organization and staffing; review, arrange, and perfect the organization and staffing of reserve soldiers into the focal points of reserve mobilization units; guide and direct the implementation of steps to select and call citizens to join the army in 2026.

Guide the Military Command of communes and wards to develop a system of plans for militia and self-defense work, national defense and security education ; continue to renovate barracks, build a green, clean and beautiful unit environment.
