Implementing the direction of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense , the Department of Operations, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to develop a draft Submission and a draft Circular stipulating the content and basic training program on aviation knowledge, practice of controlling unmanned aircraft and other flying vehicles; decentralizing the handling of administrative procedures and implementing a number of contents in the field of management of unmanned aircraft and other flying vehicles.
