On behalf of the delegation, Colonel Dang Van Hoang expressed his deep condolences to the officers and soldiers of the armed forces of friendly units on the passing of General Khamtay Siphandone, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, former President, former Prime Minister of the Lao PDR; congratulated the officers, soldiers and their families on the Bunpimay New Year with many victories in many aspects of work, contributing to promoting economic , cultural and social development.
