Ministry of Education and Training adjusts regulations for national excellent student exams after merger

The amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of the Examination Regulations aims to guide the participating units in registering the maximum number of candidates for each exam team, and at the same time, deploy the work of checking and supervising the stages of the exam in accordance with regulations in the context of merging provinces and cities.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training plans to maintain the maximum number of candidates registered for each subject team of each unit as in previous years. This regulation is to avoid disruption and ensure the rights of candidates before implementing the administrative unit arrangement.

Adjust the Examination Regulations to suit the functions and tasks of inspection and examination activities during the organization of the Examination, according to the provisions of Decree No. 109/2025/ND-CP dated May 20, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate .

The Ministry of Education and Training respectfully requests interested units, organizations and individuals to contribute their opinions to complete the draft, ensuring transparency, objectivity and suitability to reality./.
