+ Peel off all the fat around the chicken heart, clean with salt. Then cut into four pieces; Wash and slice the mushrooms; Chop the onions.
+ Heat oil in a pan, then add onions and stir-fry for about 4-6 minutes until soft.
Next, add the chicken heart and stir-fry until it turns brown, cover the pot and reduce the heat to simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken heart is no longer pink. Then, add the mushrooms to the pan and continue to stir-fry, cook for about 5 more minutes, season and sprinkle with a little pepper.
This dish is delicious when eaten hot with rice. Or you can also eat it with bread.
Sweet and sour chicken heart
Ingredient:
+ 500gr chicken heart
+ Bell pepper
+ Tomato
+ Celery or cilantro
+ 1 cucumber
+ Garlic, chili
+ Seasoning: salt, MSG, cooking oil, pepper
Making:
Clean the chicken hearts, use a sharp knife to make a small cut along each chicken heart to remove blood clots, then wash with water mixed with a little fresh lemon and salt.
Boil some water, add chicken hearts, add a few slices of ginger to remove the smell for about 3-5 minutes. Then, take the chicken hearts out and put them in a bowl of cold water to keep them crispy and delicious. When the chicken hearts are cold, take them out to drain and season for about 10 minutes with MSG, pepper, chili and minced garlic.
Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into wedges; Peel onions and cut into pieces like bell peppers; Cut tomatoes into wedges.
Clean celery, cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut cucumber in half, remove seeds and then cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces, not too thin or it will be sliced.
Add oil to the pan and saute the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated chicken hearts and stir-fry until cooked, then set aside on a separate plate.
Reuse the pan with more cooking oil to stir-fry cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc. You should stir-fry quickly so that the ingredients are just cooked, delicious, and still retain their beautiful color.
When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the chicken hearts and stir-fry together. Continue adding the onions and celery and stir-fry a few more times and season to taste.
When turning off the stove, sprinkle some ground pepper on top for fragrance.
