The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates together with this Decision 14 internal procedures for implementing administrative procedures in the mineral sector, including the following Appendices: Appendix I: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting issuance of Mineral Exploration Licenses; Appendix II: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting extension of Mineral Exploration Licenses; Appendix III: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting transfer of mineral exploration rights.
Appendix IV: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the return of Mineral Exploration Licenses or the return of part of the mineral exploration area; Appendix V: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the issuance of Mineral Exploitation Licenses; Appendix VI: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the extension of Mineral Exploitation Licenses; Appendix VII: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the transfer of mineral exploitation rights.
There are also the following Appendices: Appendix VIII: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the return of Mineral Exploitation Licenses or the return of part of the mineral exploitation area; Appendix IX: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the adjustment of Mineral Exploitation Licenses; Appendix X: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting the issuance of Mineral Exploitation Licenses in areas with construction investment projects.
Appendix XI: Procedure for receiving and appraising dossiers requesting approval of mineral mine closure projects; Appendix XII: Procedure for checking and accepting the results of mineral mine closure projects and issuing decisions on mineral mine closure; Appendix XIII: Procedure for auctioning mineral exploitation rights in areas with mineral exploration results approved by competent state agencies; Appendix XIV: Procedure for auctioning mineral exploitation rights in areas where mineral exploration has not been conducted.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing, replacing Decision No. 1980/QD-BTNMT dated October 14, 2021 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Vietnam Minerals Department, Heads of state management units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
