The Ministry of Construction has appointed many leaders at the departmental and divisional levels.

TPO - The Ministry of Construction has just appointed the Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management; the leaders of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Construction Materials; and the Project Management Board for specialized construction investment projects.

On the afternoon of April 7th, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van presented appointment decisions to officials.

Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Director of the Transport and Traffic Safety Department, has been appointed as Director of the Housing and Real Estate Market Management Department.

Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, born in 1978, holds a PhD in urban and construction management. Prior to his appointment as Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Mr. Tuan held various positions including Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of LICOGI Corporation; Deputy Director of the Construction Economics Department - Ministry of Construction; Deputy Director of the Construction Economics Department - Ministry of Construction; Director of the Construction Activities Management Department; and Director of the Transport and Traffic Safety Department.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van stated that the housing sector and real estate market are currently a hot topic, receiving close attention and guidance from competent authorities. In 2026, efforts to improve the institutional framework will continue to be intensified, including the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law. Alongside this, many major programs are being implemented, most notably the project to build 1 million social housing units, along with a series of mechanisms and policies to promote market development.

At the same time, Mr. Le Van Duong, Deputy Director of the State Inspection Department for Construction Quality, was appointed Director of the Department of Science , Technology, Environment and Construction Materials.

Mr. Le Anh Nhat Truong, a specialist in the Personnel and Organization Department, has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Specialized Construction Investment Project Management Board.
