BTO-On the afternoon of April 22, the Binh Thuan Chefs Association organized a workshop to share experiences with 40 professional chefs working in the kitchen industry in Binh Thuan and the provinces of Ba Ria Vung Tau, Lam Dong and Dong Nai.

Here, the chefs were shared new dishes by Head Chef Le Van Hai, Chef Pham Minh Hoai, Che Thi Hong and Do Van Quyet such as Ocean Tuna Salad & Dragon Fruit Jelly, Tuna Sashimi, Welilington Tuna... to prepare to serve tourists during the upcoming April 30 - May 1 holiday.

The theme this time is to exchange and share experiences in processing ocean tuna. Here, the chefs will exchange skills such as how to cut ocean tuna to keep the fish fresh and delicious, ensuring the sweetness of the fish meat; experience in making dishes from fresh fish such as Sashimi , tuna salad combined with white dragon fruit and red dragon fruit from Binh Thuan.

The exchange is also an opportunity for chefs to connect with members of the association, while creating diversity in the menu to best serve guests staying and relaxing in Binh Thuan .

Awarding 2 artisans who won high prizes at the Traditional Cake Competition in Can Tho

On this occasion , Binh Thuan Tourism Promotion Center also awarded certificates of merit to two Binh Thuan chefs who won A prize when participating in the Traditional Cake Contest in Can Tho . The two artisans are Mai Van Linh and Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen from the Provincial Professional Chefs Association.
