Although all the stones were removed, the bile duct was still not clear, so the doctor placed a new stent to drain the bile. The procedure was completed after 1 hour and the patient was discharged after 2 days. After 1 week of follow-up, the patient's itching and jaundice were less, and these symptoms completely disappeared after 2 weeks.
