Following the success of the first year, the tournament has become an ideal meeting place to welcome the new year for running enthusiasts nationwide and internationally. Attracting nearly 5,000 athletes, with a total cash prize of more than 550 million VND, VIHM 2024 Herbalife promises to bring many special experiences to participating athletes.

As the first professional running tournament in Vietnam, VIHM 2024 Herbalife has the participation of 67 international athletes. Notably, athletes come from track and field teams of Asian countries such as Thailand, Laos and top athletes from 22 countries and territories such as Kenya, USA, Japan, Germany, Sweden...

Previously, as part of the tournament's activities and to celebrate the New Year, the music event "Herbalife Countdown Party Welcomes the New Year 2024" will take place from the evening of December 31, 2023 to 0:30 a.m. on January 1, 2024 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. The program is organized by the Hanoi People's Committee and the Vietnam Athletics Federation, with the support of sponsor Herbalife.

In its second year, the program has become a highly anticipated event, a meeting place for Hanoians as well as domestic and international tourists to step into a new year full of enthusiasm and hope.

The VIHM 2024 Herbalife Run promises to be a dramatic competition.

The content of the program is divided into 3 chapters, with distinct colors and meanings.

Chapter 1 “The Quintessence of Vietnamese Identity” with performances combining national cultural elements; blending with the modern artistic style of young bands such as Boc Chanh (LimeBocx), Xanh 8+1. The highlight of chapter 1 is the impressive martial arts performance performed by athlete Chau Tuyet Van and Vietnamese Taekwondo athletes.

Chapter 2 “Turn on Youth - Conquer Passion” is a fresh musical adventure with performances by young artists - representing a generation that lives with passion, dares to think, dares to do such as singer and musician Vu Dinh Trong Thang (leader of the band Ngọt); Thai Dinh (known as the ballad prince); My Anh (Marzuz); Le Cong Thanh (hooligan) and potential new singer Lyhan.

The final part of the program, titled “Hello 2024 – Firmly welcoming the future”, will bring the audience unique performances, combining sound, light and emotion, creating memorable moments with the largest choir in Vietnam.

The audience will count down with a unique light show combining hundreds of kinetic lights, lasers and fireworks; creating impressive and memorable countdown moments with the music of DJ Dsmall. Thereby, promising a brilliant - sublime - and complete start to the new year 2024.
