From November 15, 11, the Ministry of Transport began implementing the service of exchanging driving licenses at level 2022 nationwide. In order to promote the exchange rate, along with the coordination with the specialized agencies of the Department of Transport, Ha Tinh Post Office has made efforts to innovate the propaganda, training and training activities... to increase the exchange rate.

For many months now, on the fanpage of the Provincial Post Office, the post offices of districts, towns, cities and all employees, information about online license renewal has been widely propagated so that people know and when in need can go to the nearest post office for support.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, post office teller of Huong Khe district shared: "Following the direction from the Provincial Post Office, we actively propagate on facebook and zalo for people to access information and participate in online license renewal. For more than 2 months now, when the information is spread, the number of people coming to the level to change is increasing. We are happy to support people to carry out the procedures quickly, saving time, effort and costs.”

In order to be ready to serve people when there is a need to submit a partial online public service application and a complete public service, the Provincial Post Office has researched and compiled a set of guiding documents; at the same time, organizing training for more than 300 tellers, commune cultural workers of 273 postal transaction points, in the form of hand-to-hand work.
Besides, the Provincial Post Office also checked the Internet connection and equipped with knowledge and skills to create an account on the National Public Service page and submit an application for a license change on the Public Service Portal of the Vietnam Road Administration; at the same time, issue implementation documents and assign support targets to each teller and employee.
In just 10 minutes, Mr. Nguyen Duy Duong, Cam Binh commune (Cam Xuyen) completed the issuance of a driving license thanks to the support of a postal teller.

According to the latest data, the results of supporting people to create a National Public Service account and submit an online application for a new driving license for the period from March 15, 3 to May 2023, 31 via the postal system are: 5/2023 applications, accounting for 624%.
The above results have increased the generation rate of online records of the Department of Transport in particular and improved the digital transformation index (DTI) of the province in general (according to the results of survey, monitoring and measurement of the quality of online service provision Ha Tinh temporarily reached 60 points, ranking 48th out of 63 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government).
The rate of online license renewal in Ha Tinh is increasing gradually.

These efforts also help the Provincial and District Public Administration Service Centers to reduce the load, improve the quality and efficiency of providing and using online public services in the province. The provincial post office will continue to strongly participate, accompany and coordinate with relevant agencies to increase the rate of online license renewal in particular and the use of online public services in general.
