Tien Giang Provincial Post Office guides people to perform administrative procedures online on the National Service Portal

According to records, from the morning of July 1, the Public Administration Service Centers in communes and wards in Dong Thap province have officially come into operation, handling administrative procedures for people.

Accordingly, in order to facilitate people and businesses, implementing Official Dispatch No. 96/CD-TTg dated June 26, 2025 of the Prime Minister, Tien Giang Provincial Post Office has arranged staff to be present at Administrative Service Centers to receive and guide people in performing administrative procedures.

People come to perform administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Xuan Ward.

Accordingly, people will be guided by Tien Giang Provincial Post Office staff as well as specialized agencies to complete online applications on the National Service Portal. When performing administrative procedures on the National Service Portal, if people need to receive results at home, they will be guided to perform the operations and the Post Office will return the results at home.

According to the leader of Tien Giang Provincial Post Office, on the morning of July 1, the unit arranged staff to guide people to perform online administrative procedures on the National Service Portal at the Public Administration Service Centers of 20/57 communes and wards under the management of the unit.

In the coming time, Tien Giang Provincial Post Office will continue to arrange staff to guide people in performing administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Centers of the remaining wards and communes.
