Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Propaganda Department, along with a delegation from the Central Committee, attended the opening ceremony and beat the drum to inaugurate the new school year at Tru Van Tho Secondary School, Ward 1, Cai Lay town (Tien Giang province). Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia extended his warmest greetings and best wishes to the teachers, education staff, parents, and students.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department also expressed his hope that teachers would be like parents, showering students with love and dedication, not only imparting knowledge but also inspiring and motivating them to passionately study and explore new horizons of knowledge. On this occasion, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation awarded 50 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) to underprivileged but studious students of Tru Van Tho Secondary School.

Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted is a leading institution in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in nurturing and training talented students; it leads all high schools in the city in the number of students winning high awards in national and international professional, extracurricular, and science and technology competitions.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, the school will not only focus on excellence, identifying and nurturing talent, but also aim for comprehensive innovation, perfecting the optimal implementation plan for the 2018 General Education Program for all three grade levels, while strongly applying digital transformation in management and teaching, building a smart school, and promoting lifelong learning…

Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Vice President of Vietnam, and her delegation attended the opening ceremony of the new school year and the inauguration of Pac Bo Kindergarten in Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province. Pac Bo Kindergarten is a gift from Comrade To Lam, General Secretary and President of Vietnam, to the children of Truong Ha commune. Construction began on June 10th and was completed on National Day, September 2nd.

The project has a total investment of 15 billion VND; built on an area of ​​1,800 m2, comprising 3 two-story buildings, with classrooms, an administrative building, a multi-purpose hall, and auxiliary facilities. In the 2024-2025 school year, Pac Bo Kindergarten will have 126 students; the school's staff and teachers will continue to improve the quality of care, nurturing, and education for the children, striving for the school to achieve national standards by 2025.

On this occasion, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and her delegation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the people of Ma Ba commune, Ha Quang district, which suffered heavy damage in the recent floods. Prior to this, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and her delegation offered incense and flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple in the Pac Bo National Special Historical Site, Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district.

On the morning of September 4th, Comrade Tran Quang Phuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, attended the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year at Ba Vi Secondary School in Ba To district (Quang Ngai province). Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party, State, and National Assembly leaders, Comrade Tran Quang Phuong wished the teachers and students a new school year filled with renewed enthusiasm and many successes.

We propose that the school effectively implement the relationship between "school, family, and society" in its educational work, placing students at the center, with teachers acting as role models, inspiring and motivating students to be passionate about learning and strive for harmonious development.

Comrade Tran Quang Phuong also requested that Party committees, government agencies, departments, mass organizations, and parents coordinate to further care for the cause of education and training; paying attention to the care of students who are children of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and families with difficult circumstances. The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly presented Ba Vi Secondary School with 31 computer sets.
