Accelerating the implementation of key projects is a crucial part of ensuring this year's economic growth target. With that determination, immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday, 100% of construction sites restarted production with renewed enthusiasm and spirit, aiming to create breakthroughs in investment capital disbursement, synchronize infrastructure, and ensure development goals are met in the final year of the term.

Starting from the 6th day of the Lunar New Year, construction on the Uong River Bridge, the most challenging of the 13 bridges on the riverside road connecting Quang Yen town and Dong Trieu city, resumed after the Tet holiday.

According to the plan, the riverside road project will be completed in 2025. To ensure the set progress, from the very beginning of the new year, the investor and contractors have been very active, simultaneously implementing all items with the determination to ensure the set progress.

Similarly, at the Provincial Media Center Headquarters, construction work resumed on the 8th day of the Lunar New Year. Before the holiday, the building was topped out, completing the main structure. Currently, contractors are focusing on finishing work, determined to hand over and put it into use in the second quarter of 2025.

With the goal of quickly repairing the damage caused by Typhoon No. 3, contractors at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center have begun implementing various projects simultaneously. Priority is given to projects outside the main complex, aiming to restore the landscape of the central area of ​​Ha Long City as soon as possible.

Despite difficulties due to a lack of construction space, in order to ensure the early and seamless connection between the two central cities of the province, Ha Long and Cam Pha, and the Ha Long - Van Don expressway, the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 279 restarted on the 6th day of the Lunar New Year. Taking advantage of the favorable weather in the early days of the year, contractors are focusing on digging and filling the roadbed.

At the Lai Xuan bridge connecting Dong Trieu, Quang Ninh with Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong , the final completion items of the project have also been implemented very urgently. The project is expected to be put into use in 2025, becoming the fourth road transport corridor after National Highway 10, Bach Dang Bridge, and Ben Rung Bridge connecting Quang Ninh and Hai Phong.

In the vibrant atmosphere of the early days of the new spring, key projects are not only focusing on accelerating progress from the beginning of the year, but some projects have also launched speed-up campaigns with many specific commitments. Among them, the renovation and construction of the Dong Trieu City Health Station has seen contractors sign a commitment to complete the project two months ahead of schedule, aiming to celebrate the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
