Removing difficulties for key projects

On the morning of October 10, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting on the implementation of projects managed by the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board. Attending the meeting were leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.

The Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board has specifically reported the progress and difficulties of the projects being implemented by the management board. In particular, for the group of key projects invested by Sun Group , the People's Committees of communes currently lack cadastral officers to coordinate implementation. The Co Ma New High-end Urban Area project must complete site clearance in 2025; however, up to now, the People's Committee of Tu Bong commune has not specifically determined the resettlement land fund for people in the project area (resettlement needs of about 180 cases; relocation of about 1,400 graves). In addition, the group of key projects that have been approved for investment policy, selected investors, and are being implemented (3 projects) and the group of projects in the stage of preparing documents, submitting for approval of investment policy proposals, and selecting investors (5 projects) also encountered some difficulties. The Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board has proposed a number of contents to the Provincial People's Committee to remove obstacles.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to arrange and increase human resources to ensure effective site clearance; assigned the Department of Finance to review the remaining procedures to advise the Provincial People's Committee on solutions. For the group of key projects that have been approved for investment policy, selected investors, and are being implemented, they will be reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. For the remaining group of projects, the Provincial People's Committee will hold meetings to urge progress. For projects behind schedule, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to work specifically with each project; the Provincial People's Committee will also work directly with investors to speed up progress and remove obstacles.
