Workers of DMC KOVI Company Limited in production shift.
One of the important solutions that Truong Van commune focuses on implementing is maintaining and developing small-scale industries and services and attracting businesses to operate in the area. Accordingly, the commune encourages people to take advantage of transportation to develop small-scale industries and services; support production households to access preferential loans... Many businesses operate effectively, expand production scale, create jobs for many workers, typically: Hung Dong Hung Yen Company Limited with garment industry, creating jobs for hundreds of workers; Long An Company Limited operating in the fields of construction and trade; Dung Hanh Company; Duong Gia Hoang Company Limited; DMC KOVI Company Limited...
These days, the production atmosphere at DMC KOVI Co., Ltd. in Yen Minh village is extremely urgent. Nearly 200 workers are quickly completing men's trousers and men's shirts, preparing to export orders at the end of November 2025. It is known that DMC KOVI Co., Ltd. was established in 2023. In order to maintain orders, all of the company's products are carefully checked before being exported, and any products that do not meet the requirements are immediately eliminated, thereby creating trust with partners and gaining a foothold in the garment processing market. Currently, the average income of workers is 6 million VND/person/month. Along with promoting production and business, the company is interested in vocational training for workers who want to learn a trade, especially workers from poor households and difficult circumstances. Finding a job right in the locality, Ms. Luong Thi Tinh, a garment factory worker, happily shared: “Due to poor health and having to take care of a small child, I cannot go to work far away. My family's main income in previous years was from agricultural production, so life was difficult. Since the company was built locally, I have had a stable job, and my family's quality of life has also improved.”
To promote economic development and increase income, Truong Van commune also encourages people to promote the application of science and technology, bringing quality plant and animal varieties into production. Visiting the hydroponic and organic vegetable growing model of Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong's family in Yen Minh village, it is known that in 2019, Mr. Phuong's family boldly invested nearly 1.5 billion VND to develop a high-tech vegetable farm with a total area of 3,500m2, of which 1,000m2 is for high-tech hydroponic and organic vegetable production. Currently, with 30 high-tech vegetable production racks, on average, Mr. Phuong's family sells over 1 ton of vegetables to the market each month, earning over 20 million VND.
Accompanying the locality to improve the quality of income criteria, associations and unions in the commune have guaranteed loans to members with local credit institutions, coordinated with specialized sectors to organize technology transfer and vocational training for people. Since then, many members and farmers in the commune have boldly invested and expanded production. Many models have brought high economic efficiency. Up to now, the average income per capita has reached 68.3 million VND/person/year; the rate of regular employment has reached over 95%. The National Target Program on New Rural Development has also become a vibrant and widespread movement in the commune and achieved many important achievements. By the end of October, the whole commune had 8 villages meeting the standards of model new rural villages. The traffic network, including inter-commune, inter-village and alley roads, and intra-field roads, has been 100% hardened. In particular, inter-commune and inter-village roads have been upgraded and expanded, signs have been installed, trees have been planted, and landscapes have been created on both sides of the road. Environmental sanitation work has been carried out in a systematic manner, with over 90% of households implementing the model of classifying and treating organic waste at home. Village roads, alleys, and hamlets are bright - green - clean - beautiful. Cultural, artistic, and sports activities have developed strongly, especially the mass artistic movement. The material and spiritual life of the people has been significantly improved, the appearance of the countryside has changed positively, and security and defense have been maintained.
In the period of 2025-2030, Truong Van commune strives for an average annual growth rate of 10.5% or more in total product value in the area; average income per capita/year reaches 90 million VND, striving for the commune to meet advanced NTM standards before 2030. To achieve this goal, in the coming time, the commune will continue to promote the strengths of the locality, do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to apply scientific and technical advances in production; maintain, encourage the expansion and development of occupations and craft villages; pay attention to removing difficulties for businesses; create conditions for people to access preferential loans... to invest in production development and increase income.
