Determining that to have safe food, the "root" must start from safe production, safe processing... Therefore, to promote the production and consumption of safe agricultural products and food, Thanh Hoa province has had many policies and projects to develop safe and organic agriculture; support small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, and production households with OCOP products achieving 3 stars or higher; strengthen measures to ensure food hygiene and safety; organize safe agricultural markets locally and nationwide to expand the consumption market for high-quality products; support capital and procedures for clean food and safe food stores... These policies are becoming important "levers", helping businesses and production facilities purchase modern machinery, invest in expanding production scale, gradually improve productivity and product quality to create trust for consumers.
