The dream of becoming a teacher was always in the mind of young Le Ngoc Phuong when he was in primary school. After graduating from high school, he registered for and was admitted to the Mathematics Pedagogy major at Hong Duc University. In 2002, he graduated and was assigned to teach at Thach Thanh I High School.

With his youth and enthusiasm, Mr. Phuong always strives to overcome difficulties in studying, improve his professional qualifications and skills, and find effective teaching methods so that students can absorb lessons as quickly as possible. Thanks to that, each Math class taught by Mr. Phuong is always exciting and students are eager to learn.

Teacher Le Ngoc Phuong said: "To make each lecture attractive and close to students, I spend time researching documents, learning from colleagues' experiences, boldly innovating teaching methods, and applying information technology to lectures. In addition, during the teaching process, I always create a fun and close atmosphere with students. Thereby, not only helping me improve the quality of lectures but also motivating students to love Math."

In addition to teaching, Mr. Phuong is also trusted by the school board to train excellent students in Mathematics. With his dedication and scientific teaching methods, the school's team of excellent students in Mathematics, trained by Mr. Phuong for many years, has won high prizes. From 2010 to now, Mr. Phuong has trained 40 students to win prizes in the provincial excellent student exams in cultural subjects, including 2 students who won first prizes. This achievement helps Thach Thanh I High School to be on the list of high schools in the province with many students achieving high results in excellent student exams.

When asked about his experience in reviewing for excellent students, Mr. Le Ngoc Phuong shared: "Training excellent students is one of the important tasks in improving the quality of education and nurturing talents. Realizing this, when assigned by the board of directors, I selected students with good qualities and quick learning ability to be included in the excellent student team for review. During the review process, I proactively built a suitable exercise system for students to practice creative thinking skills. In addition, I regularly organize quality checks to evaluate students' progress during the training process to adjust the content and review methods to suit the students' abilities."

In addition to his time on the podium, Mr. Le Ngoc Phuong always actively responded to the emulation movements "Good worker, creative worker", scientific research associated with innovation in teaching methods, actively implemented topics, initiatives and effectively applied them to teaching. Over 20 years of work, he has had 7 experienced initiatives, including 1 initiative achieving category B, 6 initiatives achieving category C at the industry level... With his achievements, Mr. Le Ngoc Phuong was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Education and Training , Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and for many consecutive years was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Director of the Department of Education and Training...
