In Phu Hoa 1 commune, 77 cows and more than 50 chickens have been relocated home. According to Mr. Nguyen Truong Thi, Chairman of Phu Hoa 1 Commune People's Committee, Phu Loc village is a village along the Ba River. The Ba River alluvial plain is fertile, so people often come here to set up temporary tents to raise livestock, poultry and catch seafood.
Faced with the unpredictable developments of storm No. 13, since November 4, the locality has mobilized each livestock farming household to move their livestock and poultry home to avoid damage caused by the storm. Along with that, 35 fishing boats on the river have also been brought safely to shore and committed not to go fishing when the storm comes.

In Phu Yen ward, 743 cows raised near the Ba River have been relocated to households' homes. The remaining 82 pigs and 7,500 ducks raised in the high sandbank area near the Ba River have been signed by the owners to take responsibility for any damage.
Rain and storms will cause the flood peak of the Ba River at Phu Lam station to reach level 3 warning, causing flooding of about 1/3 of the area in low-lying areas, with a high risk of causing damage to people and property in residential areas along the river.
