Storm circulation may cause very heavy rain in communes and wards of Dak Lak province from noon on November 6 to the end of November 7 with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards; civil defense agencies of communes and wards; departments, branches and sectors of the province to continue to urgently and seriously implement the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee in Official Dispatch No. 163-CV/TU dated November 4, 2025 on responding to storm Kalmaegi and floods in the province; Official Dispatch No. 004/CD-UBND dated November 4, 2025 and Official Dispatch No. 005/CD-UBND dated November 5, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on urgently implementing plans to respond to storm No. 13 and heavy rains and floods in the province.
The Secretaries and Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards must use all means to inform the ship owners and captains of the boats about the storm's developments, absolutely not letting people stay on the boats and rafts for aquaculture; guide and support people to deploy necessary measures to ensure the safety of the boats when they have returned to shore and at the anchorage (for small boats, it is necessary to proactively pull them ashore to limit damage, not letting them sink at the shelter).

Immediately deploy military, police, militia, supplies, and vehicles, and assign leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committees of communes and wards, along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to be on duty in key areas to directly lead and direct the implementation of storm and flood response, rescue and relief work when bad situations occur; reserve food, provisions, and necessities in residential areas that are prone to isolation due to floods and landslides; and prevent food shortages when storms, floods, and landslides cause isolation.
