Amidst increasing caution among Vietnamese customers regarding calls from unknown numbers due to spam, impersonation, and phone scams, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has announced the official phone numbers used to contact customers for service consultations and support.

Call 0888000666 (VNPT) for support regarding internet, MyTV television, and landline phone services.

All calls from VNPT confirm that they do not request customers to provide OTPs, passwords, or bank account information. Reaffirming the official phone numbers aims to help customers easily identify and confidently receive calls from these numbers, while also protecting them from risks posed by impersonators.

The list of official VNPT numbers that will be called will be displayed on the customer's phone as follows:

• 0888 001 091 : Mobile service support
• 0888 000 666 : Support for Internet, MyTV television, and landline phone services.
• 0918 001 260 : IT and Digitalization Service Support
• 0911 001 091 : Consultation on VNPT's service packages and services.

VNPT is committed to transparency in all calls to customers. VNPT only uses the official numbers listed above and does not request customers to provide OTPs, passwords, or bank information. This is an absolute principle to protect customers from increasingly sophisticated fraud schemes.
