Green skin grapefruit

A delicious and juicy grapefruit usually weighs from 1 to 1.5 kg on average. Use your hand to estimate, if it feels light, the fruit has little water, is spongy and the grapefruit segments are dry. You should choose a fruit with a slightly yellowish green color, smooth skin, small or medium sized fruit but heavy and firm. Do not choose a fruit with wrinkled skin, dark green and light.

Papaya

Good papaya usually has a not too dark yellow color, many spots on the surface, the fruit is heavy and when you gently squeeze the skin, it does not feel too soft.

Durian

First, you should choose fruits with a strong aroma and yellow skin, which are ripe. Do not choose green fruits. You should choose round fruits with even and closed thorns on the outside, so the flesh inside will be fuller. Do not choose long, thick-skinned fruits with thin and bland flesh.

For the same size, choose a lighter fruit, with small seeds and thick flesh. On average, a ripe durian will weigh about 3 - 5kg.

Before buying, you should try the durian. Split a segment open and see if the flesh inside is soft and waxy, but not mushy, golden yellow, and has a very strong aroma, then you should buy it.

Mango

Good mangoes are round, beautiful, not too hard or too soft. If they are ripe, the aroma can be smelled from a distance. The color is slightly pale yellow and without spots. If not used immediately, choose fruits that are about 80% ripe, with skin that is slightly ivory yellow, not evenly yellow like fully ripe fruits. Fresh mangoes have new stems and skin that is not wrinkled.

Watermelon

Good watermelons are usually green with clear edges, so you should not choose melons with frosty white skin or green skin that has signs of yellowing. At the same time, you must observe the tip of the melon, the smaller the tip, the more delicious the inside, the fruit with a large tip is usually an unripe melon. You should also pay attention to the stem end, the melon that is curled up will be very sweet, but if the stem is straight, you should not choose it.

Choose avocados that are heavy, not mushy, and firm. Round avocados tend to have large seeds but are high in fiber; oblong avocados tend to be firm and fleshy, but may be fibrous.

When choosing an avocado, you should shake it gently. If you can hear the seed rolling lightly inside, it is a good avocado. Do not choose an avocado that feels like the seed is rolling very clearly, as this means the avocado is not very fleshy.

Grape

Good grapes depend on the branch, so you should choose good grapes based on the branch. You should choose grapes with a hard, bright green stem. Good grapes are grapes that can smell the aroma. When the color is brown, the fruit is loose, and the flap is soft, it means the fruit was picked a long time ago.

Dig
