To be able to sync iPhone with iPad continuously and smoothly, iCloud is the optimal solution. With iCloud, all data on iPhone will appear immediately on iPad and vice versa, as long as they are connected to the same Internet and use the same iCloud account. Below is the order of setup steps.
Step 1: On your iPhone or iPad, go to the "Settings" app, then tap on the section that displays your name and profile picture to go to "iCloud".
Step 2: Here, you will see a list of data types that can be synced. Enable the items that you want to sync between the two devices by turning on the green switch next to them or tapping on each item and turning it on. And remember to do the same operation on both devices.
Note: Go back to "Settings", tap "Passwords & Accounts". Make sure the email address - where you sign in to iCloud - is added on both devices.
Step 3: Next, in "Settings", click on "App Store".
Step 4: Then, turn on the “Download Apps” option. This will ensure that anything you purchase on one device will automatically appear on the other.
Once you complete the steps above, iCloud will continue to work and ensure that all information on your iPhone and iPad is always updated and synchronized. With iCloud, you can access data not only on iOS and macOS, but also on Windows computers, ensuring that your data is always protected and accessible anytime, anywhere.
