1. Washing your hair the wrong way can cause hair loss.

Common mistakes when washing hair that lead to hair loss and dryness that you need to pay attention to:

- Washing your hair too often: Many people have the habit of washing their hair every day. However, washing your hair too often can remove the natural oils. This oil plays an important role in nourishing and protecting the hair. When it is lost, the hair will easily become dry, lose its natural shine and break easily.

- Wash your hair with hot water: In cold weather, we tend to use hot water to bathe and wash our hair, but hot water makes the scalp dry, prone to dandruff and loss of natural moisture, affecting the shine and health of the hair.

- Do not massage the scalp: When the weather is cold, not only is there a need to use hot water, but there is also a tendency to scratch vigorously and the hair washing time is also faster. Washing hair like that and skipping the massage step is also not beneficial for the scalp and hair. The massage process helps stimulate blood circulation and cleans the scalp better.
