Step 2: Fry the tofu
Put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil to the pan, heat the oil until hot, then drop each piece of tofu in to fry.

3. Notes when making tomato sauce tofu
To make the dish delicious and attractive, you should note the following:
Good tofu has an ivory color, avoid choosing pieces that are too yellow because those pieces contain gypsum.
Choose tofu that has the aroma of pure soybeans. Because tofu containing gypsum will have no smell or will smell like lime.
Tofu should feel light, elastic, smooth, not limp, brittle, dry or crumbly. This helps prevent the tofu from falling apart when fried.
With tomatoes, you should choose fresh, juicy fruit. Do not choose bruised, old or too long-term refrigerated ones, which are not good for your stomach when eaten. Tomato stems that are still fresh, not wilted, and firmly attached to the stem are newly harvested fruits.
Naturally ripened tomatoes will have a light aroma, while forced ripened tomatoes usually have no aroma. Avoid buying tomatoes that are unevenly colored, soft, shriveled, or have bruises.
You should choose a non-stick pan to cook the dish, avoid choosing a regular pan, which is not good, and can cause the tofu to fall apart when frying.
Tomato sauce when processed needs to have a beautiful bright red color, so that the fried tofu can change color as desired.
