Officers of the 372nd Division enthusiastically compete in various skills.

On June 3rd, the 372nd Division (Air Defense - Air Force) organized the 2026 Competition for Outstanding Youth Union Cadres and Young Propagandists. Colonel Hoang Trung Kien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the 372nd Division, attended and delivered a speech. Also in attendance were leaders and commanders of the Division, representatives from various agencies and units, a large number of cadres and youth union members, and six contestants representing the Youth Union organizations within the Division.

With the theme "Pioneering Youth Union Leaders Determined to Win," in the Youth Union officer skills competition, contestants showcased a variety of activities such as teaching traditional songs of the Army and Air Force, organizing birthday celebrations for comrades, teaching dances for group activities to soldiers, disseminating information on life skills, and guiding youth games. Their flexible and creative methods attracted a large number of Youth Union members, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere.

The young propagandist competition, presented in a meticulously staged and professional theatrical format, showcased oral communication skills combined with the application of information technology and artificial intelligence to create modern, attractive, and engaging images and videos, contributing to improving the quality of propaganda, education , and action orientation for youth union members.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, this year's competition featured many innovations and creative approaches in content and presentation. The participating agencies and units invested in research and prepared thorough scripts that closely reflected real-world situations. Many participants demonstrated excellent oral communication skills and confidently commanded the stage. The judging panel worked impartially and responsibly, objectively and accurately evaluating each performance, providing a basis for further improving the quality of youth union work and youth movements in the future.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes to the 925th Regiment and the Staff Department - Logistics and Technical Department; and 4 second prizes to the 929th Regiment, the 930th Regiment, the Pleiku Air Base Battalion, and the New Recruit Training Battalion.
