Because it is located on a hill, the road to Thuy Tien Lake is quite winding and deserted. From the center of Hue city, visitors go to Le Duan street in the direction of Da Vien bridge. When reaching Phan Chu Trinh street, turn right to Dien Bien Phu street. After going all the way down this street, turn right to Le Ngo Cat and then turn left to Minh Mang - Khai Dinh street. Continue to turn right to Thuy Tien street, then keep going straight for about 1 km to reach Thien An hill. Here, visitors park their vehicles at the foot of the hill and go up to Thuy Tien lake park.

Currently, the unit that won the auction for the assets on the land is dismantling the project to sell the assets to recover capital.

After the winning bidder recovers all assets on the land, the Hue City People's Committee will implement an investment project to renovate the park to serve the community.
