The Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo 's decision regarding Comrade Phan Thang An, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Organization Department, ceasing his participation in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term and relinquishing his position as Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department; his reassignment and appointment to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and his appointment to the Party Committee of Military Region 1.
