Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to implement the Politburo 's Decision on comrade Phan Thang An, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party agencies, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Organization Commission, ceasing to participate in the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term, ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission; transferring and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and appointing him to participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 1./.
