For her, each program is not just a journalistic product but also a political mission, contributing to bringing military and defense issues closer to the public by presenting them in a vivid, understandable, and persuasive manner.

Recalling her early days in the profession, Major Pham Thi Ngoc Ha said that the biggest difficulty was the lack of military knowledge and the fact that she had never worked on political commentary topics. To overcome this, she proactively researched materials on her own and learned from the experience of her senior colleagues. From the initial hesitant steps with programs like "The Fatherland's Seas and Islands" and "Local Defense," she gradually matured, finding her own approach: "Softening" the content of political commentary with a relatable, emotionally rich storytelling style, making it easier for the audience to understand while still ensuring accuracy and guidance.
Major Pham Thi Ngoc Ha's career journey has been marked by numerous challenges. During 2016-2017, she and her team produced the investigative report "Fire" amidst the complex environmental incident involving the Formosa Ha Tinh company. The work was carried out under risky working conditions, demanding courage and a dedicated journalistic spirit, which helped her refine her professional thinking and strengthen her confidence in her chosen path.
Ngoc Ha is currently the head of the specialized program production team on national defense capabilities on the QPVN channel, and also in charge of the children's reality TV show "Classroom for the Stars". She also directs many documentaries and live television programs on political and artistic discussions.
Not only successful professionally, Major Pham Thi Ngoc Ha is also a dynamic women's association officer. From her work trips, she has initiated and mobilized philanthropists to organize many meaningful charitable activities, such as: donating gifts to the people of Trung Khanh (Cao Bang), building houses of compassion in Quang Tri province, handing over the "Clean Water for Children" project to many schools in mountainous areas, implementing the "Hot Meals for Children" model to support disadvantaged students... For her, journalism is not just about reflecting reality, but also about building a bridge to spread love and connect the community with those less fortunate.
Her persistent efforts have brought her many outstanding achievements: the A Prize in the Award for Creative Writing, Promotion of Literary, Artistic, and Journalistic Works on the Theme of the Armed Forces and Revolutionary War in the period 2020-2025; the B and C Prizes in the National Journalism Award on Party Building (2022, 2023); the Silver Prize at the 41st National Television Festival; she has received the title of Emulation Soldier and Outstanding Female Cadre for many years; she was recognized as a Outstanding Young Person at the General Political Department level in 2022 and 2023; an Outstanding Young Person of the entire army in 2023, and an Emulation Soldier of the entire army in 2025.
