According to the directors, Tram Anh has made a strong impression with her roles that have psychological depth, demonstrating a firm grasp of diverse acting styles and facial expressions to bring characters to life.
Meanwhile, Tran Kim Hai has left a lasting impression on many filmgoers with his realistic and edgy acting style.
That's why the reunion of the two in "Two Owners' House" led both directors to believe it would create interesting interactions.

“For us, these two characters are quite an interesting contrast. One is skillful and the other is taciturn. A strong-willed wife and a doting husband. One believes in faith and the other lives by reason. And between them, there will always be a boundary that neither crosses; they exist side by side.”
"This is similar to the message and the way 'Two Owners' tells its story: a parallel, antagonistic relationship that cannot eliminate each other," the two directors shared.
According to director Tran Duy Linh, the film's overarching theme is a boundary between two parallel energies: the energy between life and death, between humanity and metaphysical forces, between spiritual fears and inner strength, and between faith and belief. Choosing a title that reflects this meaning was a real challenge for the production team.

Director Pham Trung Hieu added that, through the journey of the character Mai (Tram Anh), they want to convey the message that life and death, humans and demons, always go hand in hand. Just because people don't see or believe in them doesn't mean they don't exist.
The recently shared first look hints at the setting, colors, and initial plot twist of the film, giving viewers a preliminary idea of its eerie, dark, and chilling atmosphere.

Accordingly, when the story begins, even though Mai (Tram Anh) had received a warning from her neighbor, "I have a feeling Mr. Ba doesn't want anyone living in this house," she ignored it and moved with her family into the house that, according to the real estate agent, was "dirt cheap."
As a result, Mai's family had to face strange and eerie phenomena occurring in their own home.
The film "Two Owners' House, " also starring Meritorious Artist Kim Phuong and Ta Lam, is scheduled to premiere on December 5th.
