The list of document components has been updated to be replaced with electronic data.

(CT) - Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen, Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, has just signed and issued Notice No. 112/TB-UBND updating the list of document components that will be replaced by electronic data when carrying out administrative procedures, in accordance with Notice No. 69/TB-UBND dated April 3, 2026, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city.

Accordingly, 23 document components are eligible for electronic data exploitation due to the completion of data connection, integration, and sharing. These include health insurance cards, social insurance books, driver's licenses, business registration certificates, cooperative registration certificates, and health examination certificates. The City People's Committee has also added many specialized data types eligible for electronic data exploitation to serve administrative procedures, including: school records and diplomas; legal aid data; construction practice certificates; vehicle registration data; ship and crew data; documents and contracts in the bidding field; and many other specialized data.

Agencies and units are responsible for exploiting electronic data according to the updated catalog and do not require individuals or organizations to resubmit documents if the data has already been connected, shared, and exploited in accordance with regulations.
