Dong Thap Trying a strange feeling, a 36-year-old man inserted a mineral spray bottle more than 20 cm long into his anus and it got stuck and could not be removed.
This man went to Sa Dec General Hospital for emergency treatment on March 6, with pain in the lower abdomen, unable to defecate, and a mineral spray bottle stuck in his rectum. The patient said that 12 hours before being admitted to the hospital, he had inserted the mineral spray bottle into his anus to test the strange feeling, then accidentally pushed the bottle further inside.

Doctor Le Thanh Tien, Deputy Head of the Department of Surgery, Sa Dec General Hospital, said that the X-ray results determined that the foreign object was located about 5 cm from the anus, requiring immediate surgery. Doctors anesthetized the young man and removed the foreign object. "The surgery was relatively successful because the foreign object had not slipped too deep," the doctor said, adding that if the foreign object was removed late, the patient could have intestinal obstruction, intestinal rupture, and life-threatening conditions.
In recent years, this hospital has received several similar cases of foreign objects stuck in it, but this is the largest foreign object yet. Doctors advise men not to try strange sensations or masturbate by inserting any foreign objects into the anus or urethra, as there is a risk of not being able to remove them.
