Students asked questions at the program.

On September 26, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), thousands of students had an interesting conversation and exchange to receive useful lessons and experiences for their learning and startup journey with Shark Louis Nguyen, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Saigon Asset Management Investment Fund Management Company (SAM).

The program is implemented by the Center for Business Cooperation in collaboration with Viet Ky Thuat, HUTECH with the theme "Accepting challenges to reach success" to create conditions for students to access real stories and valuable lessons from successful entrepreneurs.

At the event, Shark Louis Nguyen shared the difficulties, challenges and experiences accumulated during his time working at corporations and companies in many countries around the world .

He affirmed that facing work and life is always difficult. That makes many people discouraged, but difficulties are also the "ladder" that everyone must overcome to become stronger and better ourselves.

Shark Louis Nguyen also emphasized the importance of soft skills besides foreign language and communication skills, believing that this is an important factor leading to future success.

Answering many students' questions about current trends in the finance and technology industry, Louis Nguyen mentioned the explosion of artificial intelligence. He also stated that investment in data center development will play an important role in supporting artificial intelligence, and affirmed that fields such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity will continue to develop sustainably in the future.

Talking about the issue that many students are interested in, which is starting a business while still in college, businessman Louis Nguyen said that it is right for students to want to start a business to take control of their future. Businessman Louis Nguyen advises young people to gain experience by working at companies after graduation before starting a business. During that process, learning from good leaders and understanding the market will make it easier to succeed.  

Through the sharing of Louis Nguyen, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, told students that each of you will learn valuable lessons for yourself on how to overcome difficulties, build a career and achieve success in life.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien emphasized that success never comes easily. It requires perseverance, effort and sometimes overcoming failure. He hopes that the sharing at the event will become a source of motivation for students in career orientation and self-development./.
