On the afternoon of August 21, the National Assembly Standing Committee organized a question-and-answer session on the implementation of the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and questions from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly term to the end of 2023 in the following areas: justice; internal affairs; security, order, and social safety; inspection; court; and prosecution.
The question and answer session was connected online with 62 delegations of National Assembly deputies in provinces and centrally-run cities. Attending the question and answer session at the Quang Nam bridge point were Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh and Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Nam Province Duong Van Phuoc.
At the question-and-answer session, National Assembly deputies raised many questions about solutions to overcome difficulties after the reorganization of administrative units; solutions to implement administrative judgments; solutions to overcome difficulties in judicial appraisal work; solutions to overcome the situation of issuing illegal documents; measures to strengthen fire prevention and fighting work, etc.
Questions from National Assembly deputies were answered by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long and Ministers of relevant ministries and branches.
