
The Tan An Bridge and access road construction project connecting to National Highway 18 has a total length of 3.13 km within Chi Linh City. The City People's Committee has announced the land acquisition of nearly 15.3 hectares from 144 organizations and households, corresponding to 199 land plots in Van An and Chi Minh wards. The project has a total investment of 600 billion VND, of which the estimated compensation, support, and resettlement costs are 87.23 billion VND.
The project to build the access road and Van Bridge connecting National Highway 37 (Chi Linh) with the access road to Trieu Bridge (Kinh Mon) has a length of 3.65 km within Chi Linh district. The People's Committee of Chi Linh City has issued a notice of land acquisition for the project, with a total estimated area of 17.8 hectares to be acquired from 258 organizations and households, corresponding to 283 land plots in Tan Dan and Dong Lac wards. This project has a total investment of over 1,296 billion VND, of which the estimated land clearance cost is over 341.97 billion VND.
The land being reclaimed is primarily agricultural land.
The Chi Linh City Land Clearance Council is currently conducting an inventory and coordinating with a consulting unit to survey land prices as a basis for developing a compensation and support plan for organizations and individuals whose land is being acquired. Chi Linh City aims to disburse compensation and support payments by early December 2024.
