Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.

On the afternoon of November 14, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Ms. Le Thu Hai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union presented the decision to recognize Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan as Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presented the decision of the Central Youth Union recognizing the Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, term XII, 2022 - 2027, to Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan - Member of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union congratulated Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan and requested that in her new position, the new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union will continue to strive to study, practice, improve professional qualifications and working capacity to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan gave a speech accepting the assignment.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. To Thi Tuyet Ngan expressed her honor to be trusted by leaders and organizations at all levels. In her new position, she will continue to improve her professional qualifications, practice ethics and lifestyle; at the same time, promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, dare to think, dare to do to further develop the youth union and youth movement in Khanh Hoa.
