Private Nguyen Van Uoc, born in 2005, hails from Ky Anh commune, Ha Tinh province. Born into extremely difficult circumstances, Uoc's father passed away before he was born. When Uoc was 10 years old, his mother also died from a serious illness. His two older siblings had also tragically died at a young age. Having lost his family support at such a young age, Uoc was taken in and cared for by his uncle.
Despite facing many hardships in life, Uoc always strived to study hard. After graduating from vocational school with a major in domestic electrical engineering, Uoc worked as an electrician in his local area for nearly two years to support himself. However, when the local authorities launched the 2026 conscription program, Uoc proactively volunteered for military service, hoping to be trained in the military environment and contribute his youthful energy to the nation.
