Political Commissar of Military Region 7 visits Covid-19 prevention and control checkpoints on the Tay Ninh border line

VietNamNetVietNamNet16/04/2020

The Political Commissar of Military Region 7 praised the results that Tay Ninh officers and soldiers have achieved in recent times, and at the same time required the forces at the field posts to always be united, closely coordinate, and determined to overcome all difficulties to successfully carry out assigned tasks.

Military Region 7 delegation visited and presented gifts at the Covid-19 prevention field post at Tan Binh Border Guard Station

Lieutenant General Tran Hoai Trung affirmed that Tay Ninh is a province with a very important strategic position in terms of military as well as economic and social development. As a province with more than 240 km of border adjacent to Cambodia, the management and prevention of illegal entry and exit to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic in the current period is very difficult and very important. Good implementation of epidemic prevention work from the front line of the border will contribute significantly to the fight against epidemics in the locality in particular and the whole country in general.

The working delegation visited, presented gifts and encouraged soldiers at the Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Guard Station.

According to Thanh Nien reporters, Tay Ninh is currently entering the rainy and stormy season, so the checkpoints are all tents and makeshift camps, so the soldiers will face many more difficulties in their daily life and work to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic. However, the border guards all show their determination to overcome difficulties to complete their assigned tasks.
