Major General Vu Van Dien, Standing Committee Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, and Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, attended and chaired the conference. Colonel Tran Thanh Duc, Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command, also attended.

At the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Colonel Tran Van Trung, Head of Political Affairs of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, delivered a speech. The decision was announced appointing 15 deputy secretaries of the Party Committees and chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to participate in the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command. Along with that, a decision was made to appoint 15 border guard officers to participate in the Party Committees of communes, wards, and special zones for the 2025-2030 term.
Fifteen wards, communes, and special zones have officials participating in the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command, including: Thanh An commune, Can Gio commune, An Thoi Dong commune, Binh Chau commune, Ho Tram commune, Xuyen Moc commune, Long Hai commune, Rach Dua ward, Phuoc Thang ward, Phuoc Hai commune, Vung Tau ward, Tam Thang ward, Tan Phuoc ward, Long Son commune, and Con Dao special zone.
