Accordingly, the enterprise has invested in purchasing many modern equipment and specialized vehicles to meet the requirements in the field of industrial hygiene, collection and transportation of hazardous waste. In particular, Song Tinh has linked and coordinated with leading waste treatment units in Vietnam to thoroughly treat hazardous waste from partners. Thanks to the right strategy and direction, the company's scale of operations has been constantly expanding. In addition to the province, Song Tinh is collecting, transporting and treating waste for many businesses in provinces and cities such as: Hanoi , Bac Ninh, Hung Yen...

Along with collecting and treating waste, Song Tinh is recycling scrap such as iron, steel, wood... into useful, environmentally friendly products. To limit dust and emissions into the environment during the metal recycling process, the company has equipped a centrifugal separation system, a punching machine, a waste gas and wastewater treatment system... In particular, in 2022, the company completed the project "Increasing investment capacity in building environmental service facilities and recycling oil-stained aluminum scrap by co-processing method", licensed by the competent authority with the following items: Aluminum smelting system 8,280 tons/year; preliminary processing, recycling of wood scrap 300 tons/year, copper smelting 100 tons/year, iron and steel 950 tons/year, plastic 350 tons/year, rubber 850 tons/year, paper 300 tons/year and preliminary processing, recycling system of foam 900 tons/year... helps the recycling to be on schedule, ensuring requirements on quality, technique and certain environmental parameters. Currently, Song Tinh creates jobs for more than 100 workers with an average salary of 8 million VND/person/month.

For sustainable development, Song Tinh always values and promotes human values, cares for the lives of cadres, workers, and laborers, helping them feel secure at work. Every year, workers receive periodic health check-ups, are provided with labor protection, and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and enjoy other benefits in accordance with State regulations; workers in difficult circumstances also enjoy many other benefits. In addition, Song Tinh has invested in building a clean and beautiful dining area and rest house for cadres and workers to rest.
