Choosing block A01 or D01 is easier to pass university entrance exam?

I won second prize in the provincial Physics competition in grade 9, but in high school I was quite good at Literature so I don't know whether to choose block A01 (Math, Physics, English) or D01 (Math, Literature, English).

When I won the provincial prize for excellent students in Physics, I intended to major in Physics in high school, but because I didn't have enough points, I switched to block D01. Luckily, I was also selected for the provincial team for excellent students in Literature. This year, I'm in 12th grade, wondering whether I should choose A01 or D01. The standard score for the two groups is the same for the major I like. I'm a bit inclined towards Literature, and want to choose D01, but I find it difficult to predict the score for this subject, and the test also depends on the examiner's perception.
