The house where the landslide occurred had been rented by Mr. and Mrs. Q. for many years to use as a sheet metal rolling workshop.
The landslide, stretching over 40 meters and approximately 8 meters high, also caused the collapse and burial of many belongings in two karaoke rooms belonging to Mr. Truong Dang's family, next to Mr. Q's house. The landslide also affected about 15 households in the area. Of these, 5 households were seriously threatened, with their houses and property at risk of collapsing at any moment.
